The implementation of new branches for MONETA Bank was one of our first projects in the banking sector, which we entered after successfully winning the tender for the general contractor. This is a long-term collaboration, during which we plan to deliver several new branches each year.
Focus on Security and a Representative Appearance
As part of the project, we delivered complete dry construction works – from the shell & core stage through to final fit-out works. The scope included electrical installations, flooring, ceilings, and all necessary building services. The primary focus was on the branch’s representative appearance, particularly extensive glass partitions and clean, minimalist detailing. Security features were another key aspect of the project.
During construction, it was necessary to respond flexibly to various situations, and thanks to our experience, we managed all challenges without delays. The implementation from initial inquiry to installation was therefore completed on schedule, within the originally planned timeframe.
And what did we enjoy most about the project?
Above all, the emphasis on quality, aesthetics, and the specific requirements of the banking environment, which represent an attractive professional challenge for us and open the door to further branches within a long-term partnership.
